Business Challenge

In India, De Beers expanded its footprint by launching exclusive Forevermark retail stores, aiming to offer a premium, tech-enabled customer experience. However, De Beers does not operate its own manufacturing facility or maintain an in-house diamond inventory, which presents a significant challenge in building a diverse product line quickly and cost-effectively.

To address this, they must coordinate efficiently with De Beers diamantaires, jewelry manufacturers, and retail partners to ensure seamless inventory replenishment. Additionally, diamond stock needs to be sourced, graded, and supplied to manufacturers in a streamlined and timely manner.

Furthermore, the sales process needs to be automated and unified across multiple channels—including e-commerce platforms, physical outlets, and third-party marketplaces. This requires real-time synchronization of inventory, pricing and order data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The brand’s presence at retail stores must also be tech-enabled to deliver a rich, interactive in-store experience that aligns with the premium positioning of Forevermark.

Our Solution
